Day two of the Qatar MotoGP Concluded with Cassey Stoner topping the time sheets, followed by Valentino Rossi and Colin Edwards. Only 1.5 seconds separates the top 10 riders which gives us a good indication that this season could see some very close racing. Disappointingly British entry James Toseland is still struggling to regain composure following his 125MPH high side in Malaysia. With only three more days of testing, one in Qatar and three in Jerez from the 28 March, we have to hope that he is able to click back into the form he was on at the beginning of last year. The Yamaha is obviously fast with both Valentino Rossi and Colin Edwards both putting in fast laps.

The Qatar test concludes tonight with a third and final evening session from 6pm-midnght local time (4pm-10pm CET).
